Do you provide social media content for my event?

Absolutely! In our Engage package, we offer guidance and suggestions for social media content, including storytelling ideas, hooks, and more to help your event shine online. In our Elevate package, we handle day-of content creation, capturing photography, video, and behind-the-scenes moments, along with post-event deliverables.

Are your prices fixed?

Our listed starting prices give a sense of each package. Final pricing depends on factors like event size, scope, and complexity, allowing us to tailor your experience while keeping pricing fair and transparent.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and allow ample time for planning, especially for full-service events. That said, we understand that timelines can vary — feel free to reach out, and we’ll discuss what’s possible for your event.

What is a discovery call, and what should I expect?

The discovery call is a short, no-pressure consultation to get to know your brand and goals. It’s a chance for us to learn about your audience, answer your questions about working together, and discuss how Soleane Creative can help your event succeed. Please note: we don’t provide detailed creative ideas or brand strategy at this stage.

What about third-party vendors?

We can recommend trusted vendors and, for Elevate clients, coordinate them on your behalf. However, Soleane Creative is not responsible for vendor errors or issues — ultimate responsibility for vendor contracts and fulfillment lies with the client.

Can I reschedule my event?

Rescheduling may be possible, but Cannot be guaranteed as this largely depends on timing, vendor availbaility and event scope. Exact policies will be outlined in your service agreement.
